Gymary provides a fitness tracking and coaching mobile application that includes:

• Nutrition logging and calorie/macronutrient tracking.
• Body metrics and measurement tracking.
• AI-powered coaching, meal recognition, and workout generation.
• Visual analytics, progress charts, and performance history.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the core features of Gymary, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Promptly notify us at gymary.app@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Gymary offers a free tier that includes core workout tracking features with advertising.

4.2 Premium Subscription

By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund rights depend on your jurisdiction as outlined in the full terms.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

• Gymary is a fitness tracking tool and is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice.

• We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from your use of the App.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gymary to violate laws, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the App, or impersonate others.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by or licensed to Gymary. You retain ownership of content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." Gymary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
